At InfiProjects, our platform enables the creation and transmission of digital evidence records through decentralized systems. Due to the instant and immutable nature of these systems, all transactions and uploads are final once executed.
To use the Platform, you must complete payment through our secure payment gateway before uploading any content or initiating transactions. Once a file, record, or instruction is submitted, it is immediately and irreversibly propagated to distributed networks. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all information before submitting and making payment.
Payments for Platform services are processed through our global payment partners, who act as the merchant of record. As a result, your invoice or payment statement may show the name of our partner rather than InfiProjects. This does not affect the terms of this Refund Policy, and in particular, it does not imply any entitlement to a refund. All submissions remain final and irreversible, regardless of the invoicing entity.
Because of the irreversible nature of blockchain and decentralized storage, InfiProjects does not offer cancellations, reversals, or refunds once an upload or transaction has been processed and payment confirmed. After you confirm and submit a transaction, the content is permanently recorded and cannot be undone.
If you purchase any subscription, membership, or prepaid plan—whether monthly, quarterly, yearly, renewable, non-renewable, or otherwise—the payment for such plan is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether you fully utilize, partially utilize, or do not use the Platform or upload quota associated with the plan. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and irreversible.
In the unlikely event of a technical error, such as a duplicate charge, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will work with our payment partners to review and resolve legitimate cases. Note that this does not affect the irreversible nature of content uploaded to blockchain or IPFS.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that payments are collected upfront and that all submissions are final. You are responsible for reviewing all content and transaction details before confirming any upload or instruction. Once a transaction is submitted, it cannot be reversed.
